Rob Gallagher

A decorated Military and Intelligence Veteran turned film enthusiast,
Rob's rapid rise in the industry started with Entertainment Law,
then as a studio Acquisitions & Development Vice President,
later a Literary / Packaging Agent, and
later a Manager & Producer managing several studio deals.
More recently Rob was EVP of the world's biggest film finance and distribution company which financed for every major studio.
Known among top industry leaders for development acumen and boxoffice success, Rob has unique expertise as both a buyer and seller and will use every resource
possible to get your script in the best shape before taking it to market and ideally seeing it through to production and distribution.
Jim Fernald
Executive Vice President of Finance & Production
One of the top international finance and co-production experts in the industry with strong ties to international studios and finance entities,
Jim spends most of the year on the road at the markets securing finance and production deals.
Myke Friscia
Senior Vice President and Head of Development
After extensive film production experience, Myke earned a Certificate in Feature Film Writing from the UCLA writers program.
Myke is a professional screenwriter and along with working at Gallagher Literary, he consults for some of the top contests in the industry. Myke earned a B.A. in TV/FILM from CSUN.
Casey Flynn
Vice President of Development & Head of Legal Affairs
Casey leads the in-house Legal Department and is a Chief Partner of a national law firm and respected Litigator who has been Chief Counsel in many international landmark cases.
He is also a prolific screenwriter who studied the craft at UCLA after graduating with honors from St. Louis University School of Law.
Prior to that he majored in Russian and International Politics & Law at Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service.
Chelsea Hackett
Vice President of Development
Chelsea recently worked for Vivendi Entertainment as an Acquisitions Executive.
She received her MFA in screenwriting from the USC School of Cinema-Television, while working for Gallagher Literary and Innovative Artists in their literary departments.
Chelsea holds a B.A. in International Relations and French, also from USC, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude/Phi Beta Kappa,
and spent a year in Paris studying at L’Institut des Etudes Politiques.
Dakota Aesquivel
Vice President of Development
A development associate for numerous production companies such as Arnold Kopelson and East-West Film Partners,
he later worked as Director of Development for Stan Lee’s production company, New Millennium.
Dakota earned his MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA graduate school, selling his first script in his last year of the program.
His theater background includes writing and directing the critically acclaimed play “Longshots.”
The film feature JANKED, his directorial debut which he also wrote, recently made it’s debut at the Festival de Cannes.
Vivian Lermond

VIvian holds a Master of Arts degree in English. She is the author of 13 produced stage plays and two award winning screenplays.
She is also an adjunct professor and teaches a playwriting class at a local college.
Annalisa Hounsome
Senior Story Editor
Annalisa most recently was a Development Executive for Morgan Freeman's company, Revelations Entertainment.
She has a BA in English and an MA in Screenwriting from the National Film and Television School in the UK, and has written several screenplays.
Jack Garman
Story Editor
A former development executive at Sentinel Pictures, Digital Media Factory, Rick Botelho Productions, and Alan Sacks Productions.
Jack holds degrees from film and screenwriting schools including Knox College, University of Maryland and Los Angeles Valley College and has completed eight screenplays.
In his spare time he teaches seminars in screenwriting.
Brianna Gardner
Senior Creative Executive
An Emmy Award winning director/producer, Brianna previously worked at Disney/ABC Television Group.
In her spare time she directs music videos and short films, and recently launched Watermark Pictures to release a series of short films centered on women’s issues.
She hold degrees in International Finance and Media Arts from Michigan State University.
Marlisha Walton
Creative Executive
Marlisa recently worked in development for Overbrook Entertainment reporting the President of Film. She holds an M.F.A. in Producing-Motion Picture & Television from the Academy of Art University, and a
B.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She loves to read and is passionate about Development.
